Now girls use a lot on makeup post procedure, redness-prone skin/inflammation, keratosis-prone, scaly skin, allergic reactions/sensitive skin / irritation. But ☆☆: used as a toner before makeup, it’s not moisturized enough and it can’t help you to reduce oil from your foundation or primer after long wearing makeup.
